We are looking for a great teammate to join us in supporting our clients in trials all over the country. From start to finish, we provide a full range of options for law firms to bring their show on the road - includes temp offices, hotel planning, network and internet installs, just as a start.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel planning, excellent customer service skills, and a background in hospitality or related fields. Experience with law firm travel a big advantage.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate RFPs to hotels for long and short-term stays, including adminstration of budgets, rooming requests and travel plans

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Collaborate with hotels, offices and other travel partners to secure the best rates and options for clients heading to different cities for litigation

- Create detailed proposals that incorporate summaries and select information from chosen properties through the RFP process

- Manage catering needs, vendor information and reseach for support on daily needs while staying at the selected properties

- Manage bookings, cancellations, and changes efficiently

- Ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in travel planning or a related field

- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficiency in using booking platforms and travel management software

- Law firm travel planning or litigation planning is a plus

- Sales experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
